BiographyGreetings uBloomers! I am Scott Rosenbaum, your new food and flowers expert here at uBloom.com. I could not be more pleased to join such a fun and creative group of fellow floral and garden professionals and enthusiasts. My career in Floristry started some 25 or so years ago (when I was 4 years old LOL!) with J in good old Nebraska. I left J and Green’s and headed to Minneapolis and Bachman’s for several years, before I decided what I would like to try next was baking and cooking. I got my Baking Certificate at the National Baking Center and went on to become the Executive Chef for a couple of Minneapolis cooking schools. Presently, I divide my time between doing private events, catering and writing about food and flowers. I have always imagined a joining of my two careers. Viola! Here we are!! “What could be more fun? It is feasting for the eyes as well as the belly.” As always, I am here to provide answers for your questions and ideas to fertilize your creative minds. I can’t wait to get started…
