The Darker the color of the rose... the more color your vodka will obtain.Keep the decanter in a COOL- DARK Place to preserve the color of the mixture.After 6 weeks remove the rose petals and strain the mixture through cheese cloth and funnel into a bottle- (Hint- using reclaimed or recycled liquor bottles is a great way to 'package' your Rose infused Vodka.How to create Organic Honey Simple Syrup:Add 1/2 cup of Honey to 2 cups of Distilled water. Boil mixture in a pan for about 3 minutes... watching carefully so it doesn't boil over. Cool mixture and place in a mason jar with sealed lid. Store refrigerated until needed.
