Cheesy Cauliflower Gratin
INGREDIENTS:
1 head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
WHITE SAUCE WITH CHEESE Ingredients:
2 tablespoons salted butter
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup cubed or shredded cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Steam Cauliflower. Place prepared Cauliflower in baking dish. In a sauce pan
melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper with a whisk. Gradually
stir in milk with a whisk. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly,
until sauce thickens, about 1 minute. Add 1 cup of cheese - shredded or cubed
- to white sauce (over heat if needed to melt the cheese). Pour cheese sauce on
top of cauliflower. Bake in oven at 375˚ for 40-45 minutes
