Many Nature Centers offer lessons in tapping maple trees for syrup, in early spring. Today, I’ll create a cocktail using fresh maple syrup from Blandford Nature Center…and pair it with a craft beer- made by Founders! The name of the beer is "Backwoods Bastard"- but you can choose any dark ale or brew that you enjoy!
